Happy New Year, Howlers! If all goes as planned, Red Rising‘s Dark Age will be upon us in 2019. Author Pierce Brown reminded us of as much in a recent post on Instagram, in which he celebrates the 29th U.S. printing of the original Red Rising book. Congrats to the novel that started it all! But Dark Age is coming and Brown’s post also teased something else that will hopefully come to fruition this year…

As though we needed more reasons to preorder Dark Age, Pierce Brown is offering up a free Howler holiday card featuring never-before-seen character art to those dedicated Howlers who submit their pre-order receipt for Dark Age before the December deadline.
Pierce Brown recently teased that he’d be making an appearance at New York Comic-Con and today we have details about the event. Howler 1 will be on hand to discuss the upcoming fifth book in the Red Rising saga, Dark Age, at an event at Shop Studios in October. What’s more, Demon Cycle author Peter V. In addition to eagerly anticipating the arrival of Dark Age (Red Rising Book 5), fans of Pierce Brown’s Red Rising are also awaiting word on the anticipated screen adaptation of the series. The Red Rising story was originally slated to be made into a movie from Universal, however Pierce Brown got the rights back a couple of years ago and now he’s looking to bring it to television.
